Ashford Graciousness Closes $19.7 Million Refinancing of Hilton El Conquistador Hotel
Ashford Generosity Trust, Inc. (NYSE:AHT) today announced the refinancing of its $19.74 million loan secured alongside the Hilton El Conquistador Hotel and Country Club in Tucson, Arizona on December 29, 2009. The credit was set to mature in June 2011.
The new non-resort financing with MetLife for the same amount bears interest at the greater of 5.5% or LIBOR coupled with 350 basis points and is interest only for a term of five years. The Flock’s average current interest rate on its total indebtedness, giving impute to the interest rate swap and flooridors, is 2.98%. As of September 30, 2009, the Followers had $197.9 million of unrestricted cash available.

2010 Compendium Presents a Astray Variety of Cornell Hospitality Research Articles
The compendium presents summaries of all 2009 CHR publications in a woman convenient package. This includes Cornell Hospitality Reports, Cornell Hospitality Tools, and Cornell Sociability Roundtable Proceedings.
The Cornell Center for Hospitality Research (CHR) has issued its 2010 Cornell Courtesy Compendium. Like all of the CHR’s publications, the 2010 compendium can be downloaded at no command from the CHR website at www.hotelschool.cornell.edu/research/chr/pubs/reports/2010.html. The compendium presents summaries of all 2009 CHR publications in ditty convenient package. This includes Cornell Hospitality Reports, Cornell Hospitality Tools, and Cornell Sociability Roundtable Proceedings. In addition, the compendium compiles summaries from the Cornell Generosity Quarterly for articles published in 2009 by the faculty of the Cornell School In of Hotel Administration.
